Sankara Multi Speciality Hospital
Sankara Multi Speciality Hospital is a charitable, full-service medical institution in Kanchipuram, Tamil Nadu, operating under the Shri Sankara Kripa Educational & Medical Trust. It delivers comprehensive inpatient and outpatient healthcare—particularly dialysis and critical care—to residents of Kanchipuram and neighboring districts. The hospital reflects the social-service mission inspired by the Sri Kanchi Kamakoti Peetam.
Established in 2009 and relocated to its current 101-bed facility in 2019, Sankara Multi Speciality Hospital was inaugurated by the then Governor of Tamil Nadu, Banwarilal Purohit. The new building—supported through the corporate-social-responsibility arm of Larsen & Toubro Ltd.—was designed to meet NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals & Healthcare Providers) standards.
